I’m Caitlyn, I created Wind Spoke to offer beautiful effective herbal formulas and provide a guide to those drawn to the deep, ancestral knowledge carried by plants. I bridge together my scientific background in biology with a reverence for traditional plant teachings from the world’s cultures. With over a decade of experience growing and working with plants, as well as a long background in creating organic topical formulas and tinctures, I approach herbalism as both a craft and a conversation with the Earth.
The Plants
Wind Spoke is commited to providing the highest quality herbal products. Each creation is made in small batches, we source exclusively from local farms or sustainably wild-harvest all of the herbs that go into our products. This practice ensures that the herbs used are of the highest quality and grown under sustainable and organic methods.
Our products are made with consideration of both the physical properties of the plants as well as the spiritual aspects of the plants. The process follows a rhythm of reciprocity: taking only what’s needed, giving thanks, and crafting in tune with natural and celestial cycles. Our herbal products combine the scientific chemical components of the plant that can support our physical body and the spiritual plant which can help reconnect us to our higher self.
